1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the ph46 website located at ph46.app, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

ph46 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the ph46 Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms were last updated in June 2026 and apply to all Users of the ph46 platform, regardless of location, provided that access to the Platform is lawful in the User's jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of ph46 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for casino-style online gambling activities regulated under the PAGCOR framework;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from the ph46 Platform or any associated service;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

ph46 enforces the 21+ age restriction rigorously. Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their account permanently closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. ph46 uses Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm the age and identity of every User prior to processing any withdrawal.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access real-money gaming features on ph46, Users must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to ph46 account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one ph46 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be merged or closed, and associated funds may be forfeited.
• Accurate information required: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• KYC documents: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, ph46 requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS/GSIS card, or UMID). ph46 may request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph46 login credentials. ph46 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account sharing prohibited: Your ph46 account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.

ph46 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where KYC documentation cannot be verified, where fraudulent information has been provided, or where any other breach of these Terms is identified.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ph46 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard where applicable. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ph46 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. ph46 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Withdrawal processing: ph46 targets processing GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within 1–2 hours of submission. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 2–24 hours, subject to Philippine banking network operating hours. Withdrawal timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by volume, payment provider delays, or security review requirements.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to Users who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Withdrawal requests may be held pending additional verification at ph46's discretion.
• Withdrawal method matching: ph46 applies a return-to-source policy where practicable — withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. ph46 may require additional verification before permitting withdrawal to a new payment method.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 180 consecutive days are considered inactive. ph46 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances after appropriate notice, in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph46 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• ph46 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to active bonuses will be communicated to affected Users via the Platform or by email.
• Bonuses are awarded to individual accounts and may not be transferred. Abuse of bonus systems — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Where a bonus breach is identified, ph46 may void the relevant bonus, cancel pending withdrawals funded in whole or in part by bonus winnings, and close the offending account.
• Bonuses are only available to Users aged 21 and above who have not previously self-excluded from the ph46 Platform.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ph46 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games, and licensed live dealer studio feeds for live casino products. ph46 and its game providers are committed to maintaining fair, transparent, and verifiably random outcomes.

• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published within each game's information panel. ph46 does not modify RTP settings below the values certified by the game provider's testing laboratory.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other error during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided at ph46's discretion. ph46 is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the User's side.
• Where a game result is disputed, ph46's internal records of the game round — server logs, RNG outcomes, and transaction records — shall be the definitive record for dispute resolution purposes.
• ph46 reserves the right to void bets or winnings that result from a demonstrable technical error, software bug, or pricing error that no reasonable player could have concluded was intended.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph46 Platform. Users found engaging in any prohibited activity face immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and potential referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one ph46 account, or registering an account in another person's name;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the ph46 Platform in any way not intended for human users;
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions, including use of stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments;
• Attempting to launder money or otherwise use ph46 for any financial crime as defined under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game malfunctions, or pricing anomalies for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer game formats to gain an unfair advantage;
• Accessing ph46 through anonymising technology (VPNs, proxies) to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward ph46 staff or other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph46 Platform — including but not limited to the ph46 brand name and logo, game content, website design, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of ph46 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph46 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content from ph46 may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of ph46.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph46, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the ph46 Platform;
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform not caused by ph46's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game statistics, promotional information, or any third-party content;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph46 service.

ph46's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

ph46 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity. ph46 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and offers the following responsible gaming features accessible from every logged-in account:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon activation;
• Session limits and reality checks: Automatic notifications after defined session durations;
• Self-exclusion: Temporary (minimum 24 hours) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform, effective immediately upon request;
• Account cooling-off periods: Short breaks of 24 hours to 30 days without full self-exclusion.

11. Termination & Account Closure

Users may close their ph46 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's verified withdrawal method within standard processing timelines.

ph46 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account immediately and without prior notice upon identification of: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; a failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or any other conduct that ph46, in its sole discretion, determines to be contrary to the integrity or security of the Platform.

Where an account is closed by ph46 due to a Terms breach, remaining balances may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the ph46 Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, Users agree to contact ph46 support at [email protected] to attempt resolution of the dispute in good faith. ph46 will acknowledge dispute submissions within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve disputes within 30 business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under mandatory Philippine consumer protection legislation.
